For the terminal placement program, the merchant must return the equipment in good condition within 7 days if they cancel services. If not returned or damaged, $500 will be charged per terminal placed in addition to the early termination fee. A $125 swap/replacement fee in addition to shipping charges will be assessed after the 12-month warranty expires should the existing equipment be deemed unusable and need to be replaced.
*This is not shared as it is a buy rate item to offset the cost associated with the terminal placement. All other applicable terms, costs, buy rates, etc. apply pursuant to respective Agent/Reseller agreements and programs.
Out of Warranty Replacement Program

If merchant is not currently participating in the Terminal Placement Program, out of warranty equipment can be replaced as a new equipment purchase, prices listed below. Merchant may choose to opt into Terminal Placement Program if they qualify (Signed fee change form would be required).
